SEED is an incubation center to promote creative entrepreneurship among youth, focusing on two industries that are agriculture, and information technology in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. The project aims to provide an active environment for entrepreneurs in two industries to come up with innovative and creative ideas in changing the way industries works. The space need to enhance interaction between entrepreneurs to help them communicate and get inspired from each other, raising more chances for a unique and
efficient idea.

Communication Atrium: Locate in the middle of the center, the atrium designed with biophilic design to reduce the hot temperature of the weather in Vietnam, from there the fresh and cool air can deliver into every spaces inside the center, reduce electric consumption from the building. 

Working Space: working space divide into three different area:

- Co-working area with an open design that gather every entrepreneurs working together, improving the communication inside a workplace.

- Technology area for IT entrepreneur developing their skills, designed with smart AI robot hand that control them with computer code, entrepreneurs can level up their coding skills through research and experience.

- Farming area that encourage entrepreneur applying modern technology into the process and research in improving quality and quantity of the crops to help the industry become stronger.

Public Space: public spaces such as recreation, restaurant, library... that applying biophilic and high-tech element to create a contrast and highlight both industries that the center is focusing.
